Oliver is a character from the Thomas and Friends stories, and Toad is his trusted brakevan. Among other stories, he can be seen in "Escape!" and "Oliver Owns Up" from the Percy's Ghostly Trick video and "Emily's New Coaches" from the New Friends for Thomas video. He was originally in the TWR line from 1995 through 2003, but is returning for 2006 only before "returning to the sheds" for more rest.
