The kit includes the cost of 1 Make A Plate item processed by Makit Products, 1 pre-addressed return mailing envelope, 1 instruction sheet, 1 order form and 1 label. Plates are break-resistant, dishwasher safe and non-toxic. Additional plates may be ordered for an additional fee. Plate does not come in package, it is sent to you once you choose a photo and plate design. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for plate processing by Makit Products. Made of Melamine.
